General Terms and Conditons of Sales
The present general conditions of sale govern distance selling of products by Avanaa World Jewelry on store accessible by Internet, www.avanaa.com, to individuals and businesses and are intended to define the rights and obligations of Avanaa World Jewelry and the client.
1. The products
The characteristics of the products that you order are shown on pages 'Boutique' of the site. All the products offered comply with current French legislation. The products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and hidden defects and not against normal wear and tear due to regular use or misuse of the product. The products remain the property of World Jewelry until full payment of the order. However, as from the delivery the risks of the delivered goods are transferred to the customer.
2. The price
Our prices are in Euros. All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Euros. Tax is included in the price (article 293 b of the CGI is not applicable). Products’ online sale prices are valid until the completion of the order. Prices may change at any time.
3. Order
Any purchase order signed by the consumer "double click" (law of 13 March 2000 on electronic signature), including data entry on successive screens, entering the credit card number and its expiration date, is an irrevocable acceptance of the conditions of sale and payment and will validate your transaction. The data recorded by World Jewelry constitutes evidence of the transactions between World Jewelry and its customers. The data recorded by the system of payment constitutes the proof of financial transaction. An order confirmation will be sent to you by E-mail at the earliest when validating your transaction or at the time of the expedition of your order at the latest.
4. Availability
Our products are offered within the limit of stocks available. Your credit card will be charged only for the amount corresponding to the products shipped.
5. Withdrawal period
You have 7 days from ordering the product to cancel the purchase agreement.
6. Reimbursement
You have 7 days, from the time of delivery, to return the product(s) ordered for exchange or refund. In such case, the goods must be returned new, in their original packaging, to the following address :

You are responsible for the costs associated with returning the product. The refund will be made upon receipt of the product by the World Jewelry, directly to the bank account of the client or your Paypal account. Products returned damaged, soiled or incomplete will not be refunded.
7. Warranty
For products which prove to be defective upon receipt by the client, World Jewelry is held by the conditions provided for in articles 1641 to 1649 of the French civil code.
8. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card. The credit cards Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express and many others are accepted. The security system set up for transactions is Paypal. Personal information and credit card numbers will never pass unencrypted between the browser and the server; the data is signed, encrypted and transmitted by the protocol SSL (SSL certificate) upstream of the telebanking module. The agreement of the central bank card network gives rise to the shipment of the goods. World Jewelry (Avanaa.com) does not keep trace and does not have access to any credit cards details.
9. Shipping charges
We offer free shipping world wide on all orders.
10. Delivery
Indicative average delivery time is 3-7 working days. The delivery will be made between Monday and Saturday at the address that you indicated. In case of absence, the parcel will be deposited in your mailbox. The client is responsible for checking the condition of the parcel immediately upon receipt. In case the parcel presents traces of deterioration or has been opened, you must request that it is opened in the presence of an authorized agent of the postal services. World Jewelry cannot be held liable for force majeure, disruption or general strike, or partial, including postal services and transport and / or communications, flood, storm, fire. World Jewelry reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a consumer who has not fully paid a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is ongoing.
11. Personal data
World Jewelry is aware of the importance of protecting the privacy of its users and customers and is committed to pay maximum attention to protecting privacy. The data collected on the site are purely for internal use and allows us to process orders. They are integrated in the customer file. World Jewelry refuses disclosure of such data to any company whatsoever. This right of rectification may be exercised at any time by mail to our address.
12. Intellectual Property
All illustrations, images, characters, artwork, graphics of the site are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights for the world and belong or have been transferred to the company World Jewelry, which benefits an exclusive right of use. As such, in accordance with the Code of Intellectual Property, any reproduction or use in whatever form of these intellectual property rights without the prior written consent of the company World Jewelry will result in legal prosecution.
13. Law
This sale is subject to French law. Any dispute arising in connection with the application or interpretation of the purchase order contract shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
